Your guide to rewards

1 one-way journey = 1 point
20 points = 1 round trip

Create and verify your account

Signup creates a new traveler profile. Sharing an email or phone number with a past booking does not link or change that booking. Contact reservations for help reviewing historical records.

Verify your email before signing in. If the verification email is missing or expired, check spam and contact support for a replacement. Never share your password.

Before confirming a booking, review the route, dates, passenger counts, currency and total. The fare breakdown includes VAT separately from other taxes and fees. Reserve now creates a hold for later payment; it is not a paid ticket.

How members earn points

Each member earns one point for each eligible paid one-way journey they complete. A one-way trip earns one point and a round trip earns two, even with connections or intermediate stops. For example, Nassau to Staniel Cay and back via Black Point earns two points. Twenty points earns one round-trip reward.

Credit belongs to the traveler, even when someone else books or pays. A family booking does not put every passenger’s points into the payer’s account. Each traveler needs their own membership linkage.

Points become available after staff record boarding and arrival for every flight in the one-way journey. A purchase, check-in or scheduled departure time alone does not post points.

Add a rewards number when booking

Enter the rewards number in that passenger’s form. The first name, last name and date of birth must match the member account. Saved traveler profiles can prefill the number on the public booking page.

If the number does not match, check the details before submitting. Do not use another person’s number or create a duplicate member to get around a mismatch. A booking without membership linkage does not automatically earn points.

Understand expected and posted points

Expected points are an estimate for eligible upcoming travel. They may still require payment and are not available to spend.

Posted points have been credited to the member’s balance. The reservation displays each traveler’s journey-by-journey points and totals.

For example, a member with 12 available points and a direct round trip booked has two expected points. After both eligible flights, the balance becomes 14, leaving six more points to reach 20.

Use 20 points for one round trip

Contact reservations to arrange the round-trip reward and confirm seat availability. Taxes and fees remain payable. Award flights do not earn points.

An authorized staff member records one 20-point redemption after arranging the reward. The customer cannot yet buy an award automatically through public checkout. Distance miles cannot be exchanged for this reward.

If an award is cancelled or changed, contact reservations. Staff must review the award and record any approved points restoration; do not promise an automatic refund.

Flights that do not earn points

Cancelled flights, no-shows, lap infants, complimentary travel and award flights do not earn points. A fare whose paid eligibility cannot be verified needs staff review.

Points are counted once for the same member on the same completed journey. Rebooking or sending the receipt again does not earn extra points.

Points do not expire automatically under this policy. Points and distance miles are separate balances; distance miles are informational, not the round-trip reward currency.

Check a missing credit or correction

Check that the membership number is on the reservation, payment is complete and the flight has arrived. Staff should also verify the passenger’s boarded/completed record.

Give reservations the confirmation code, travel date, route and rewards number. Never send a password or payment card details.

Bookings made before automatic earning was introduced need staff review. Authorized staff can post an adjustment with a clear reason after checking existing history. Flight corrections can reverse or restore automatic credit while retaining the history.

Read the reservation and receipt

The receipt lists each passenger’s membership, flight rewards, ticket reference and seat when assigned, booked fare references, fare conditions and baggage allowance. Connecting flights can share a journey fare reference; do not add those references together. The payment totals show what was charged.

Purchased reservations are ticketed once payment is complete. The booking confirmation identifies the purchase; a separate ticket number is shown when recorded. Not assigned means no seat number is recorded yet. Intermediate stops may be used to pick up or drop off passengers. When you continue on the same aircraft, you keep the same assigned seat unless the crew directs otherwise. An aircraft change may require a different seat.

Check whether baggage weight is per piece or combined. When an allowance was not recorded, confirm it with reservations. Itemized charges are included in the displayed totals, not added a second time. A held or unpaid reservation is not proof of payment.
